I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, and after seeing Dan Leech’s really impressive About.me page, I decided to vectorise my avatar so it could be enlarged and I could use it in a few more places – including about.me, without it looking pixelated and blurred.

The site was built in WordPress using a custom theme. I’ve previously been starting off with the pre-installed default theme – but recently I’ve switched to using Starkers by Elliott Jay Stocks as a starting point.
Showing Off My Dock

A while ago she ‘opened the floor and invited people to take part’, I screen grabbed my dock and here is a brief explanation on each of the applications that reside on my dock.
