The Inflatable House was initially a podcast and blog set up for myself and a friend to host mixes and our music related posts, but after a few months our attention drifted to other projects and the podcast laid dormant. A few months ago I came up with an idea for a notice board for people to post music to, a place where people could shout about their new favourite record – the idea came at the time as I wanted to further explore Tumblr.

September 3rd, 2010 in Social NetworkingApple have just released iTunes 10, and with the addition of Ping – it’s given them the chance to dip their toes into social media. I’ve only had a short amount of time to play with Ping and from what I can see it’s seems like a very closed network – restricting itself to just iTunes.
